AMRAP in 15 minutes:
30 Walking Lunge Steps
30 Double Unders

Transverse abdominal muscle. NOT connected with any movements. It only affects the figure. ( pulling the abdomen in ) It increases abdominal pressure.

Athletic Ability , 1984

  1. AMRAP 15 min (6 rds and change)
    30 lunges
    30 tuck jumps (can’t do double unders and mainsite says these are good sub)

    Then ran 1.6 miles
