Bold City CrossFit is hosting "Amazing Grace" presented by Barbells for Boobs. This is a fundraiser to promote:
Mammograms In Action (MIA) which is a 501(c)3 non-profit breast cancer organization with the mission to provide funding for qualified low-income and uninsured women and men who need screening and/or diagnostic procedures in the prevention of breast cancer.

With that said on October 22, 2011 at 1000 Bold City CrossFit will be hosting this event. The WOD (work out of the day) will be "Grace" 30 clean & jerks for time. Sign up get a t-shirt and donate some $$$ for a good cause. Lets say you want to donate but not do the WOD. That will work to!

Tribute WOD -CrossFit Duval

On September 3, 2011 CrossFit gyms across the nation and world will gather together to honor our heroes killed in action August 6, 2011 with a workout in an effort to raise funds for the families affected by this tragedy. All funds received will go to these families through the Navy SEAL Foundation, other like-organizations, & individual family funds.
