How We Do It
We do it with Certified Instructors in Weightlifting, (Olympic and Power), Gymnastics, POSE Running, Kettlebell Training and Advanced Crossfit Programming. We back these skills up with certifiable knowledge and trainers that understand and can explain what we do and why. We want to improve your mental capacity as well. In other words we push you through the exercises, but we also we train you. We do not collect your money and turn you loose in the gym. We develop your skills. Our training methods emphasize free weights, gymnastics and monostructural efforts to improve your health. We offer training for anyone interested in fitness as it relates to living. Allow yourself to experience workouts that blend functional concepts into seamless exercise routines. These programs have changed the definition of fitness for Military, Law Enforcement and elite athletic programs. More importantly, high school students, weekend warriors and folks of all ages are beginning to understand the key to super wellness. While we readily admit what we do is hard work, and it is not for everyone, we encourage you to find out for yourself. CrossfitEast and its community is the key.
